About Us

Since our establishment in 1979, David Pegley has been carrying out a wide variety of groundworks and civil engineering. In our role as groundwork contractors, we provide comprehensive, time-served services to our clients, regardless of their sector. Our work includes excavations, ground beams, drainage works, construction of new foundations and much more.

We operate our own fleet of plant and machinery which can be hired to customers if required. The equipment we use at sites in Horsham and the neighbouring areas includes excavators from 2.5 tonnes to 14 tonnes, trenching machines, dumpers, small plant and a Bitelli paving machine. Whether undertaking surface dressing or the laying of tarmac driveways, our clients can rest assured that our plant, equipment and operators hold certification and qualifications that comply with current Health & Safety requirements.

These qualifications include a team in which every member has been trained to CSCS and National Road & Safety Works standards.
